Website Content Approval
This agreement confirms the Client’s approval of all website project content and copy provided.
1. Final Approval
By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that all content and copy have been reviewed and approved for accuracy, completeness, and tone.
2. Responsibility for Errors
The Client accepts full responsibility for any factual, grammatical, or typographical errors present in the approved content.
3. Revisions After Sign-Off
Any changes to content after sign-off will be considered out-of-scope and may require a separate change order, additional timeline, and/or additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
The Client warrants that all content supplied is original or properly licensed, and agrees to indemnify the Agency against any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims.
5. Authorization to Publish
The Client authorizes the Agency to use the approved content in development and to publish it on the live website.
