Website Approval

In an effort to streamline our workflow and keep everyone on the same page, we require an approval of the Website we have prepared before moving into the deployment phase.

Before signing please review the Website and make note of any changes that should be addressed. Depending on the scope of changes launch timelines may need to be adjusted.

After this document is signed and any outlined changes made, we will start the deployment phase and collect any final payments. We will also initiate your hosting agreement on our servers. If you are finalizing any content prior to launch, we will provide access for you to add that at your convenience. Any changes to the Website once the deployment phase has begun may incur additional charges and will need to be discussed on a case by case basis.

Approval

An authorized signature below indicates the approval of the Website and an agreement of the terms outlined above.

Website Maintenance

Just like a new car, your website needs proper care, maintenance and servicing to get continued results.

At a minimum, we recommend monthly website maintenance and a simple online marketing plan to keep the momentum going.

We can take care of this and much more to ensure your website is performing it’s best and give you peace of mind.

31-Day Support Period

As part of our 31-day free support period, we make sure everything's running smoothly. We’ll fix anything that isn’t working properly on your website and is considered a bug (this does not include changes to content, design or feature changes).

If you find any issues within the next 31 days please send through the details to jen@farmboyinc.com.

For changes to content, design or features this will be considered a new project.

After the 31-day period is over, unless you have a website maintenance or ongoing agreement with us, modifying, updating and keep your website functioning is up to you.  

However, you can always reach out to us for any issues that may present themselves and we can handle your needs on an hourly basis.
