Website Launch Approval

In an effort to streamline our workflow and keep everyone on the same page, we require the approval of the Website we have prepared before moving into the deployment phase.

After this document is signed we will start the deployment phase and collect any final payments. We will also initiate your hosting agreement on our servers unless alternate hosting has been arranged. If you are finalizing any content prior to launch, we will provide access for you to add that at your convenience. Any changes to the Website once the deployment phase has begun may incur additional charges and will need to be discussed on a case by case basis and scheduled accordingly.
